PROJECT SERVICES

Short-Term Collaborations

We get (and give!) incredible energy when collaborating on exciting projects, and we find a short-term collaboration an ideal way to get to know new clients. We offer a range of project services, including website design, project management, advance promotion for classical music events and special initiatives, and press representation for commercially released albums and films.

Website Design

We often first work with a new client on a website design – it allows us to get to know their story and materials, and the new site forms the basis for everything we do on the PR side. We typically book websites 4-6 months ahead of their anticipated launch date.

A few websites we’ve launched recently:

Jake Heggie • 2022
Joshua Hopkins • 2022
Lila Palmer • 2022
Ryan McKinny • 2022
Songs for Murdered Sisters • 2021
Brenda Rae • 2019
Eun Sun Kim • 2019
Jamie Barton • 2019

Turn The Spotlight • 2018

Album & Event Promotion

We offer advance promotion for classical music events and tours, world premieres, special initiatives, and commercially released albums and films. Generally, we like to have six months to promote a project, so that we can pitch long-lead outlets like glossy magazines. In a pinch – for a truly extraordinary project – we may be able to work with a three-month lead time.

For most projects, we:

  • Research events, artists, and approved language

  • Develop press angles and strategies

  • Create and distribute a multimedia press release

  • Deliver targeted pitches to relevant regional, national, and international outlets

  • Advise on project boilerplate and digital materials as needed

  • Invite critics to review performances or digital materials

  • Provide a detailed press report of project coverage
